A/N: So, I was reading Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, which I've read before, and chatting with grazhir when I got this sudden, inexplicable urge to write a Harry in Azkaban story with a Mary-Sue/Gary-Stu. So I pleaded to grazhir to hit me over the head and tell me no, but she ended up condoning it and even, perhaps, helping it along a bit.
I'm strapped for ideas for my other works, so I shall take what Kam-kun hands me and go with it.

PS - We'll start off with a bit of back story on Harry's part, then jump right into Gary-Sue Land next chapter. XD



Harry's Tale


Harry decided that he just generally hated all the people of the world. Especially the Order of the Phoenix. And the Ministry of Magic. And the Dursleys. And Voldemort on a particularly bad day.

Yeah, he knew it was supposed to be the other way around; hate Voldemort all the time and the Order only on bad days. But while Voldemort gave him headaches from time to time, the Order just generally pissed him off by not including him. Never mind that he was eighteen now and over-age. Never mind that he was the 'Chosen One'. They still didn't tell him anything. Ever. Especially when he most needed it.

Not that Harry had expected them to tell him things - it wasn't Dumbledore's style.

The Ministry, on the other had, wasn't proving particularly useful in the second war. Not that they were ever, actually, useful. Rather, they kept getting in the way of the Order and blowing things way out of proportion. Such things happened when the Ministry refused to work side-by-side with the Order.

As for the Dursleys? They were currently enjoying an aggravated existence in the Order's Headquarters due to Voldemort threatening their lives. The Dark Lord had burned down Number Four Privet Drive, then sent a pack of his best men after the fleeing Muggles when they'd left the island. So Dumbledore had decided that the safest place for them was in the middle of the main stronghold of one of the two major powers in the magical battle. It was a recipe for disaster.

Which is why when Harry had run across his twitchy uncle after a particularly bad nightmare and his uncle had lashed out at him with words, it shouldn't have come as a surprise that Harry had lashed back with a nasty Slashing Hex. Of course, it was that Slashing Hex which had killed Vernon Dursley and sent the unapologetic Harry to Azkaban Prison. None of his friends had even bothered to try to excuse him, and the Ministry wouldn't have cared if he tried. 'Chosen One' or not, Harry had still killed an 'innocent' Muggle.

And so it was that Harry spent five months in Azkaban without a word from the outside beyond Voldemort's random emotions.

Without the dementors, Harry considered, the place was rather boring.

Eh, I find it interesting. It's not one of those angst Harry-Is-In-Azkaban fics. I'm rather glad to see someone make one with humor. Humor, and stupidity makes the world a fun place to live in. XD

I want to know what has gotten into Harry though. All his Uncle gave him was a verbal lashing. But, if Harry has been getting random emotions from Voldy that might have something to do with it. XD

Anyway, I hope you'll continue with this story, it seems rather interesting.

I'm glad I can't feel Voldemort's random moods. I already have random mood swings everyday. He'd just be adding on to my insanity! Though from what I can see I'm not the only crazy one around here.(points to the crazy Bat woman. XD)

This is unbelievably short, and I have to say that I hate you for it because I wish it were longer so I could enjoy more of it. I also hate the fact that it is four in the morning and my brain cannot form acurate words to describe this story's wondefulness.

I love Harry in Azkaban fics. They are seriously like crack to me. And I love them even more when they are written in such a not-quite parody style. I hate it when Harry's all depressed and weepy.

Harry thinking Azkaban is boring without the dementors rocks my socks. Along with his thoughts on Voldemort, Dumbledore's style, and Vernon Dursley's murder. The fact that Harry actually killed someone (something?) is great, those types of Azkaban fics come along one in a thousand.

Voldemort isn't defeated nor did he frame him! It's a miracle!

Seriously.

The fact that this is a gary-stu absolutely kills me. It's going to be spectacular, isn't it? I hope you continue with your not-quite parody style, because that would just fit in perfectly.

They're generally a lot of fun, but you're right, there's rarely a good excuse for Harry to get sent to Azzy. Poor Azzy - it always has to suffer through Harry without good reason. XD
If anyone has a right to be depressed, it's Azzy, right? Right! XD

*snickers* I need Voldie to keep his hands clean, as it were, for a while, else he might have ended up framing Harry. But that's okay, Dumbly just messed eveything up by keeping the Dursleys... ^.~

Dumbles always messes things up. Most all of my stories are written post-HBP just so I don't have to deal with him. (Though he is good as a plot tool.)
